At Mart Sales, Service and Production work together as a team to provide an optimal product and after sales service, resulting in many satisfied Anoxomat customers worldwide.

The Anoxomat system has proven to be extremely dependable, and it needs very little maintenance. However after sales service is still our top priority as many of our customers completely depend on the machine. For maintenance a send-in maintenance service has been set up.

Availability of this service depends per country:

One-time preventive maintenance or repair
A temporary model will replace the unit, which will be checked and cleaned. (Preventive) repairs will be done in consultation with the client. Parts and man-hours for preventive reparations will be quoted and charged to the customer.

Anoxomat service and maintenance contract
Once per year a preventive maintenance service as per above will be performed in consultation with the client. A temporary model will replace the unit, which will be checked and cleaned. (Preventive) repairs will be done in consultation with the client. Parts will be quoted and charged to the customer. Working hours are inclusive.
